Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Global Operations Planning:
- Develop and implement frameworks to align YPFP’s branch operations with the organization’s strategic vision and long-term objectives.
- Facilitate regular strategic planning sessions with branch Managing Directors to assess progress, share goals, and unify direction.
- Establish and monitor performance metrics to evaluate global initiative effectiveness and adapt strategies accordingly
- Branch Management:
- Provide strategic guidance and operational support to all YPFP branches
- Lead initiatives to improve cross-branch communication, knowledge sharing, and collaboration through standardized policies and digital tools such as Notion and Google Sites.
- Support onboarding, training, and ongoing development of branch leadership teams globally.
- Oversee the development and integration of new YPFP branches, managing a structured onboarding process that spans at least three months and includes orientation, training, and alignment with YPFP’s global standards, policies, and strategic priorities.
- Cross-Branch Coordination and Innovation
- Organize and lead regular coordination meetings across branches to facilitate exchange of best practices and streamline operations.
- Guide branches in strategic grant writing and partnership cultivation by sharing successful models and offering tailored support
- Steward International YPFP Operations Efforts:
- Ensure all branches adhere to organizational policies and uphold YPFP’s mission and professional standards.
- Maintain open lines of communication with global leadership to address operational challenges and opportunities
- Set up quarterly check ins with all branches to monitor profess and assess ways to support where needed

- Proven leadership in international, multicultural, or nonprofit environments.
- Strong problem solving and organizational abilities.
- Experience managing complex projects across multiple teams.
- Passion for community building, youth empowerment, and global affairs.
- Familiarity with collaborative platforms such as Notion, Google Workspace, and Google Sites.
- Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills
Eligibility and Requirements:
- 2+ years of managerial, operations, public relations, or strategic planning experience, ideally in an international or nonprofit context.
- Demonstrated success in volunteer or team management, preferably across dispersed or remote teams
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work efficiently and autonomously as part of a small team
- Good knowledge of global affairs and YPFP
- Able to commit 15-20 hours per week (includes attendance at events and meetings)
- Available for meetings and events on weeknights (after 5:00/6:00 pm) and weekends if necessary
- Well-spoken and able to represent YPFP at all levels
